Villa in Moltrasio dates back to the early 1900s. But today followed a careful renovation. Completely modernized and equipped with every necessary comfort. Proposed for rent for short tourist periods on Lake Como!

Layout

The common areas on the ground floor offer a breathtaking view of Lake Como, making the setting truly unique. Moreover, the dining room stands out with its original stuccoes and an elegant 18th-century fireplace in white Carrara marble. Meanwhile, the living room provides a spectacular view of both the lake and the private garden, which features enchanting landscapes and water elements.

The modern kitchen includes every essential appliance. Additionally, a laundry room comes equipped with a washing machine and dryer, while a charming guest bathroom showcases pure original Liberty-style decor.

A grand Moltrasio stone staircase, beautifully decorated, leads guests to the bedrooms on the upper floors. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms—two spacious doubles with a full lake view and one cozy single with a side lake view.

Furthermore, the small tower on the second floor of the villa is a true gem. Three additional bedrooms provide a comfortable sleeping area, which can be arranged with either two single beds or a double bed. A wardrobe area and a bathroom with the original cast iron bathtub add to the charm. Lastly, a stunning terrace enhances the space, offering another perfect spot to admire the surroundings.

Dependance

Next to the main Villa there is a comfortable Dependance renamed “Castelletto”, on three levels where guests can find an entrance, living room, kitchen and terrace, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a basement. From here, too, guests can also enjoy an incomparable view of the lake.
The garden, with its centuries-old plants and the rose garden, is well cared for and equipped for outdoor dining. Guests also find a relaxation area with a six-person whirlpool tub and hot and cold shower.
Included in the overnight stay, the Villa provides free Wi-Fi, a multi-room audio system, even in the garden and by the pool, air conditioning in all rooms, a convenient garage for six cars equipped with a charging station for electric cars.
