Villa in Moltrasio dates back to the early 1900s. But today followed a careful renovation. Completely modernized and equipped with every necessary comfort. Proposed for rent for short tourist periods on Lake Como!

Layout

The common areas on the ground floor enjoy a wonderful view of Lake Como, truly unique. The dining room is embellished with original stuccoes and an eighteenth-century fireplace in white Carrara marble. The living room allows you to enjoy a unique view of both the lake and the private garden with its enchanting views and water features. Modern kitchen complete with every accessory, as well as a laundry room with washing machine and dryer and a characteristic guest bathroom in pure original liberty style.
A large decorated Moltrasio stone staircase leads guests to the bedrooms on the two upper floors.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two double with full lake view and one single with lateral lake view.
In addition, the small tower on the second floor of the villa is a real gem. Three bedrooms allow guests to take advantage of a comfortable sleeping area, which can be prepared with two single beds or a double bed, a wardrobe area and a bathroom with the original cast iron bathtub. On the side a beautiful terrace.

Dependance

Next to the main Villa there is a comfortable Dependance renamed “Castelletto”, on three levels where guests can find an entrance, living room, kitchen and terrace, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a basement. From here, too, guests can also enjoy an incomparable view of the lake.
The garden, with its centuries-old plants and the rose garden, is well cared for and equipped for outdoor dining. Guests also find a relaxation area with a six-person whirlpool tub and hot and cold shower.
Included in the overnight stay, the Villa provides free Wi-Fi, a multi-room audio system, even in the garden and by the pool, air conditioning in all rooms, a convenient garage for six cars equipped with a charging station for electric cars.
